Who is responsible
Wajdi Jurry, an individual seller, is the data controller for personal data processed through Job Hunter AutoFill.
What we collect and why
- Account data (email, password hash): to create and secure your account — contract performance.
- CV and contact details you enter in the extension: stored in your browser and sent to our server only when you request an answer, to generate it — contract performance. We do not keep your CV on our servers.
- Form question text and page title: sent with each request so the answer fits the question — contract performance.
- Public GitHub data for the profile you provide: to reference your projects — contract performance.
- Technical data (IP address, request logs, device/browser information): for security, fraud prevention and reliability — legitimate interests.
- Subscription status: to give paying customers access — contract performance.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that host the service and run the AI models that generate answers.
- Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
- Authorities where required by law.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, normally within 30 days of account deletion. Request logs are kept for a short period for security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your data protection authority. Contact us to exercise these rights; we respond within one month.
Security and cookies
We use encryption in transit, access controls and other appropriate measures. The website uses only essential storage to keep you signed in; we do not use advertising cookies.
